04 March 2003 3 Logosport players were invited
to play in the Kanu Fund raising
game, African all stars vs. Rest
of the World. The Kanu
Heart Foundation
organized the game that took place
on March 4th, at
the Reebok Stadium in Bolton.
Logosport players Federico Arias(ARG),
and Jamaican national team players
Walter Boyd, and Leikon Brisett
were invited to be in the All
star World Team. "It's an honour
for me to play here for a good
cause and for Kanu" said Federico
Arias "I am glad to be representing
Argentina here tonight." The Kanu
Heart Foundation raises funds
for young heart patients in Africa
and has so far assisted more than
4500 children.
